Shelagh Honan is an Irish visual artist working across experimental film, projection, sculpture, and installation. Her work has been exhibited internationally through the wom@rts series across Europe and screened at film festivals in Ireland, Spain, and Chicago. In 2019 she received support from Culture Ireland and the Arts Council for national and international exhibitions. She has curated several exhibitions, including works from the Arts Council collection. Honan is a lecturer and coordinator on the MFA programme at Limerick School of Art and Design. Her practice explores narrative, memory, and place through moving image and immersive environments.
