How to get here?
By train
The closest railway stations are located in Killarney and Tralee, with regular buses joining Killorglin. Both are on the line joining Cork and Dublin, with easy connections to Waterford, Limerick and Galway. You can plan your journey and buy your ticket on the Irish Rail website
By bus
Expressway buses run directly to Tralee from Limerick and to Killarney from Cork and Waterford. Find schedules and book ticket on Expressway.ie
Local buses provided by Local Link Kerry can bring you to Killorgin from most towns in the country. Find their network on www.locallinkkerry.ie
By plane
Coming from abroad? The closest airports are Kerry Airport (in Farranfore) and Cork Airport
By car
Killorglin is where the N70 from Tralee and N72 from Killarney merge. They will be your main roads to access the town.
From Cork: take the N22 to Killarney, then the N72
From Limerick: take the M20/N21 to Castleisland, followed by the N23 to Farranfore and the R561 to join the N70
From Dublin: take the N7/M7/M8 up to Mitchelstown, followed by the N73 to join the N72 at Mallow
