Saving and retrieving your document

If you’re logged in and you’ve saved your document, a box will appear at the top of the page containing each saved version. 

If you need want to retrieve a particular saved form, hover over the box to the right of the date and the word ‘LOAD’ will appear. Press on that and the dialogue boxes will be filled with the replies you submitted on that date. 

‘Please correct errors before submitting this form.’

If you get this error, and you are sure you have filled all the fields correctly, please try reloading the page so that the error message disappears before you resubmit. 

The ‘temp file doesn’t exist’ issue

If you have uploaded files, then saved your application and left it for a while, the website will delete your files for security reasons. You need to delete the image file from the File Upload field and reupload it before progressing.
