Kate Griffin is an artist living and working in the UK. She is concerned with capturing a personal feeling of landscape, the complexity of human interaction with the natural world, and gently representing human foibles. Kate is a predominantly self-taught artist, supporting her practice with short periods of online or tutor led study. Previously focussed on papier-mâché sculpture and textiles, she has actively pursued painting in the last two years as a medium to enable different expression. Her work is in private collections in the UK.
