Kathy Cronin is a Tralee-based artist, working mainly in acrylic and oil paint. She graduated from Limerick School of Art and Design in 2022, with first class honours and a Collector General Purchase Award. She has since participated in many group exhibitions within Ireland.

Her work explores themes of the human body’s connection to the space which it inhabits. She has also had a long-time fascination with liminal, transient spaces, and matters of feminism, consumerism, and isolation in an age of forced connectivity
