I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and, following graduation, trained with ceramic artists and as a fine woodworker, developing strong sculptural skills across multiple materials. These experiences led to the integration of sculptural elements into my painting practice and my first solo exhibition in 2000. I moved to Dublin in 2001 I continued to exhibited extensively in Ireland, Europe, and internationally. After a hiatus from my practice, my work has expanded to include photography and paper, exploring themes of memory, displacement and connection. I live and work in rural Kilkenny on my small farm holding.
